These mats are just piling up on all my chars(save for putrid essence). I’m tempted to trash or vendor sell them but hoping you guys(anet) make a change so these mats are more used. I found a use for bloodstone making cons, dragonite i dont really receive much of so ill take any i can get and being a dungeon runner emp frags just keep piling up on all my chars with nowhere to use them :[ …I probably have over 10 stacks of them, and thats after crafting a bunch of ascended stuff too.

I would glaaaaaaadly trade 25 of the 50-60 extra dragonite ores I have sitting doing nothing for those empyreals…. Anet should allow for some form of conversion even if it were like 2 to 1

Refine them, buy a collection upgrade if needed, and wait. ANet will think of something.

if refining was free like all other materials, that would of been a good suggestion.
They keep adding sinks for bloodstone, but keep forgetting about the other ascended materials gathering dust.

They probably did something about bloodstone because they got crazy with the drop rates. The other mats aren’t nearly as easy to come by (not that they are hard to come by, but bloodstone is like 100:1 to the others).

I just logged ele recently and he had 5 staks of emp frag alone , i likely hav over 20 stak of emp frags XD .. spread over 7 lvl 80 chars lol. I’m iffy about refining them becuz the consumables(like toxic sharpneing stone) using bloodstone dust and not bricks. What if its the same case for emp frags too?…eh. And anet is going to have to add a major sink for thick leather unless they want it to stay a vendor it type material.
