Hi, I was trying to buy GEMS at Black Lion Market, but when i click on the Gem Store/Gem Icon, the window that allows to buy gems by credit card doesn’t display anything, I was trying and trying. Why the interface doesn’t work?

Another error is at the start, when i click on the GW2 icon, the “downloading” bar appears and appears no matter if I update the software once,twice …. always when i close the game and i open it the bar appears.

I am really frustrated with this issue as well… I submitted my ticket a while ago and they are still working on the problem. I even went out to buy some gem cards to redeem them, and I can’t do that either. I really wish this is fixed quickly.
