will chance of getting essence of luck be greater for green items than blue?
will chance of getting essence of luck be greater for salvaging higher level items?

I’ll buy some batches and report results after patch.

And somebody knows if they will be tradeable in the TP? Because if the MF is capped at 300%, the next Essence of Luck you salvage will be useless if you can’t sell them…
