Will Arena Net bring out “Gem Cards” like time cards or Riot point cards, but for GW2 gems?

If so, Any idea on the ETA?
If not, Why not?

Those are already available. Check your local game store or go online

Are you sure? I am unable to find any thing about them online.

I checked, Gamestop, Bestbuy, Walmart, and Amazon, and the only thing I see is a page that says temporarily unavailable on the amazon site. The other sites just want to sell me the game or guide.
