Q:
Why are gathering tools not constantly in the gem store? With ANet selling the gathering nodes it would make sense to sell the tools too. I do have selfish resins for asking this question, while the sale was on I didn’t have the money/gold to get a scythe, I have the molten pick and Axe. So I guess I want them on sale while I have the money, the gems are sitting there ready to go, but the mist herald back item keeps winking at me.

It could be a marketing strategy to promote regular investment in gems.
