Gem Shop problem
Check the number of mail you already have in your inbox … you can only store 10 at a time. I had this same issue on buying the Aetherblade armour and a kind person in map chat told me to delete some of my mail. I checked, and I had 10/10 mails in there, so I deleted them all and the stuff I’d just bought popped right in. Apparently it just stacks – this guy apparently got his Halloween stuff 2 months after he bought it because he didn’t realise the mailbox does this either.
Enjoy your purchases! Especially the Quaggan hat … I’m dying for a Quaggan hat …
Might I also suggest NOT spamming them with support requests since that simply pushes you down the line and will end up taking longer.
And yes, delete a few mails in your inbox and they should appear.
