Guild Wars 2

I was looking in the Gem Store the other day and was looking at the Banker golem. Is it similar to the on you get with digital deluxe edition. Where you get it bound to the account and when you make a new toon you get it in the mail or do you have to go to the bank to grab it?

The gem store banker is a single account bound item item. You get one and if you wish to use it on a different character then you will need to get it from the bank. The digital deluxe golem is soulbound and each new character will get one.

If it was an account bound item and and each new character got one that would be easily abused to make and delete new characters to get multiples of them.
