Hi there, I have been unable to access the Gem Store part of the Black Lion Trading Post now for about two weeks, the middle part of the screen that displays the products is grayed out all the time.

All the other parts of the trading post work fine, I just can’t spend my gems.

This happened once for me with a different part of the TP and running the game as admin (Windows 7) seemed to fix it. Try that, maybe?

I have always run this as administrator, and double checked this again just now, this issue has been going on for me for months now, I really hope someone is working on these things.

Could it be a DNS or IP problem maybe ?
