So this latest news for this weeks BLTC says we can get a set of Minis for free, but I haven’t gotten that option whenever I pull up the BLT window and look for it. In previous weeks at the TC I’ve noticed the announcements say we’ll be getting a free deal on one thing or another, but sometimes it doesn’t show for me. Is those deals something that show up later in the week, on certain days or something? I’m just plain confused.

Try looking under the Minis tab and you should see it listed for 0 gems. I think previous ones had a banner link to it that this one doesn’t have.

I just checked again, and it has it set at it’s normal price, and I haven’t gotten it before, so I’m starting to wonder if it’s a bug?

Maybe. If you haven’t gotten it with any character on your account (its once per account), try opening a support ticket via the support link at the top of the page, as well as reporting the bug with the in-game bug report.
