I bought 2 Craft Booster in the Gemstore and so far have not arrived in the mail, what do I do?

Have you deleted old email in the game? Having more than 10 undeleted ones will make you not get more.

Yep, exactly what Astral said. I had that problem as well, need to delete old mail to make room for new stuff.
