Tonight when I logged in I had two items delivered to my inbox: a dye pack and a mini pack. However, I didn’t order them. Several weeks ago I did have an issue with the gem store where I ordered a couple items that never got delivered. I submitted a support ticket and my gems ended up getting reimbursed. The items that were not delivered that I was reimbursed for just happened to be a dye pack and a mini pack. So is it possible that these “lost items” somehow got delivered to my inbox tonight even though it has been weeks since that lost order?

the TP has this problem that looks like a delay in action. Something similar happened to me except in the opposite direction.

I bought an item and it told me there was a error. I tried other items and it kept giving me errors so I couldn’t buy any items. a day later my coin stash was drained and all the error purchases showed up in my TP panel for pick-up… which is just… annoying since I only needed 1 item except I got a dozen. I lost a lot of money there.

I was trying to buy a sword. I ended up with a dozen swords that I ended up selling back at a loss because prices dropped.

If it deducted gems, put a ticket in. I had this happen 2 days ago, and an hour later I was fixed.

you was luky beardedcoder, i just recive an answer from them for the same problem,but they didn’t talk about refund the gem. Now im waiting for a new answer.i hope the fix my problem like they do whit you

I didn’t have any gems in my account. At this point I am just assuming that those “lost” items that I got reimbursed for somehow showed up in my mail.
