Don’t know whether I should post it here, but just few minutes ago I managed to buy 800gems for real money. Got the gems, but when I spent them on the thing I wanted, I didn’t get it. I can see in recent purchases, yet it’s neither in my inventory nor to pick up at traiding post (if that was possible). Does anybody have any ideas? They said in the update that gem store shouldn’t be affected by the maintance they run…

They mail it to you, is your mailbox full?

Same situation. Made a purchase for a character makeover kit. Didn’t receive the kit, but I can see it in recent purchases.

Never mind, figured it out. The mailbox isn’t very clear about being full.
