I recently purchased the bouquet and gifted them to a friend. When she logged in she said she didnt received them. After a bit of trying to figure it out I realized I have 2 friends with the same account name the other hasn’t been on in a very long time, and I don’t see them getting back online any time soon. Is there a way I could see the sent gift reversed, or maybe refunded? I mainly pvp, so getting the gold for gems is a hassle.

Unless they share a same account.

Now, if u meant same character name, thats more believable.

Account names can be very similar to each other. Ex. John.2546 and John.2545

It’s an honest mistake. I’m sure if you open a ticket with support they’ll help you.

Actually no, I don’t think support will help you. They have already said they won’t go and take stuff out of other people’s accounts. They most they might do is confirm who you sent it to, if you give them a name. If those people never log on or they refuse to send it back then that item is gone. Anything mailed to another account is considered a gift by ANet and they won’t reverse this.
