Why glacials are so cheap compared to others? Shouldnt they have more use?

Usually what happens is no one uses them.

Then someone comes on here mentions them either being really cheap for what they are or that they are misspelled and the price will sky rocket once they are fixed.

Then the idiots all start buying lone stones like crazy, and the initial investors offload their stockpiles for profit.

Once it crashes everyone panics and sells them at the initial cost or below and the original people then rebuy them with a huge profit and are ready to do it again with the same stock as before.

Why you ask?

Probably trying to cause another bubble.

It’s because they’re not yet used in any popular crafting recipes.

In addition the runes that are made by them are not very popular, which also serves to keep the price low as the day to day making of the runes is what keeps prices high on some of the other lodestones.

Trying to make bubble? Really? U think that one post will force people to buying x item? Come on -.-

I was curious coz – for long time they should be pretty rare (coz of bugged glacial core upgrade recipe), some recipes with em being discovered (bow). And yet price was always low. Not even close to other lodestones. And I don’t really think that wrong name will change anything (btw… how long it will take devs to repair that?)…

For me it’s only strange situation. They are also used in some legendary recipes, right? So there should be demand…

Btw – one post in forum won’t do any bubble. And anyway it was easy to make gold in last days.

No, it won’t force people, but the market is pretty kitten sensitive to random forum posts that point out inconsistencies in the TP prices. A week ago, someone made a speculative post about Glacial Lonestones that shot the price up something like 10s to 35s in one evening, then it spent the next week declining again.

The only legendary recipes they’re used for are the Gift of Ice and Gift of Water, which are not used for very popular weapons (I think the axe and trident). The runes and sigils that can be crafted from it are similarly unpopular (Water, Ice, Elemental Slaying, etc). There’s just not a ton of demand for these materials right now.

They are used to frosty weapons which only one recipe has been posted yet. Im sure as they are found, and the spelling is corrected, they will reach the prices of other loDestones.
