I made a few buy offers a couple days ago on rare items. The offers did not go through after 2 days so I decided to remove the offer and get my gold back. In the pick up slot there was no gold there…disappearing gold? I’ve tried to refresh it by logging in and out and switching char, even putting up other buy offers and cancelling to see if it updates… all of my removed buy offer gold is disappearing…what is wrong??

Check the BLT. When you remove an offer the coin gets added to the items you need to pick up. You just need to go to a BLT trader to get it.

The pickup tab is paged, although it doesn’t let you see this. If you have a page worth of items to pickup, your money will be on the next page, so as soon as you pickup the first page, the money will be there.

If you however have nothing to pickup and you did actually cancel a buy order, then there’s a bug.

I had this bug recently, and Anet refused to give me the gold back because there “was no record in our logs of your transaction.” It’s a bug that they refuse to acknowledge, apparently. If you have a lot of money that disappeared, it may be time to quit like I did.
