Is it true that Halloween Endless Tonics drop from ToT bags? I have quite a few bags, and if this is true, I’m not sure whether to take my chances and open them all or just wait. Selling the bags doesn’t really give you much the last time I checked

Yes they do. I opened 15000 bags during Halloween before I got one. Then I got 2.

Also, a lot of the ones that I opened were personalized which had better drops for most things. Although whether or not that extended to EL tonics as well is anyone’s guess.

They do, but their “guessed” droprate is about 1 out of 10000 (guessed, beacause with such low probability it would require an enormous sample to estimate it precisely, more than the amount of ToT bags available on the TP actually)

Endless tonics can be sold for a lot of gold (especially beacause of the low supply due to the bug that the ones you got before the patch that made them sellable remained account bound, even if it is not writen in the tooltip anymore), but you have to like gambling to try to get one at such odds.
