Kekai did this concept art of heavy armor and I just wanted to know if it’s in game – or alternatively this is a request to Anet to please, please, make it

It’s got too much cloth in it for it to be the Avenger (Human T2) armor, right? Actually, could even seem like light armor the way it looks… it’s got the Human T3 Heavy boots, but the shoulders look like a mantle and that winged helm is just too awesome.
