why is it i purchased $50.00 4000gems to the BL and did not yet arrive?. just today and i bought again $10.00 800gems to the BL and still no get arrived ?. Help me pls .

I just bought 800 gems and they were delivered instantly. Not sure whats going on with your purchases.
