How about a trading system?
There is a trading system. It’s called the TRADING POST.
If you wish to use the mail system, feel free to do so. Anet won’t get involved in disputes between player deals. Anet has said this many times. So if you get scammed, good for you.

Please NO trading system
People would buy though orders and sell on /map chat to avoid the TP fee and the least that others and I want is even MORE spam like in any other MMO

There is a trade option, it’s called the trading post.
Arenanet consciously decided to remove player to player trading.
At the start of the game, the trading post wasn’t working for a few weeks. You should have seen the chat box back then.
What you see how as “LFG FOTM” you’d see as “WTS crappy blues and greens”
No, they want you to use the TP to so they can suck some gold out of the economy. If you want lower prices find a player you can trust that acts as a merch. I do it from time to time. I make more money and I can provide my clients with lower prices.
Other than that, deal with the TP.

The last thing I’m willing to see is the trade channel and all that degradation that comes with “people WTS-ing in chat non-stop”.
Considering that the 99% of those who will WTS are simply lazy trolls/kids, who just want to sell their stuff for more money with zero efforts to deal with challenges and competition of a real TP market – that’s the shortest way to a social degradation in GW2 and turning LA into a disgusting junk city.
The only way to actually trade without any chance to get scammed is TP: But if you ever want to sell a pretty expensive item, you’ll have to pay quite a big fee to place it on the TP.
Another way is to use the ingame mail, but this asks for getting scammed. Especially when you want to trade with some random stranger…
So… why is there no (fee-free) Trading System? Are there plans to add a Trading System?

Do you know why we don’t haven an unending fluffy deluge of WTS/WTB chat spam in every zone?
Because under the current system trying to dodge the trade fees that way is stupid.
Eat the fees and enjoy a chat sytem that isn’t buried under Trader trash.

The only thing I wish to see for trading is the stupid fractal weapon we can’t use. (I know it is account bound). But really I have an ele, Mesmer, and engineer and it have the nerve to give me a hammer and a shield. Now I have to make a warrior…

An even better innovation would be a good work out trading system with indeed a Trading Channel or even a specific location where it is only be able to trade.
This, or TP fee reduction.

Why are we beating this issue to death? Gaile has said over and over that there isn’t direct trade options because it was decided so. Anet put in the Trading Post as a means for players to buy and sell their goods.
And you know what? It REDUCES the risk of scams. But if you do make trades via the Mail system, Anet won’t stop you. At the same time, they won’t get involved (no item restoration) between player disputes should someone claim they weren’t paid.
