If I sell something on BLTC the fee does not seem to mathematically agree from list to profit. How do fees and the item sold come to the final profit amount?

If you sell something, you pay 5% listing fee, which will be deducted once you list the item and is non refundable. Once you sell it, you pay 10% sales tax, which will be deducted from the gold you pick up from the TP.

So you list 1 item for 1G and have to pay 5s to list it and you can pick 90 silver up, once it is sold.
