How do i go about asking for a refund
They won’t refund you for that. It’s been attempted already.
If you need to contact support you can do it from this page.

Already tried to get mine refunded. They dont want to refund it because there were no offical information that it wont come back. Looks like 1 year of waiting and the interview was not enough. Pathetic.
knee-jerk reaction much?
You’ll never get a refund for that.
Anet has never said that SAB would never be going back
And when you bought the coin, you knew that SAB would be, at the minimum, content that comes and goes.
So not only did you knowingly buy a product that would only be useful maybe once or twice a year, but Anet also did not state that it would never be coming back.
So your request for a refund is meritless and more than likely a passive-aggressive attempt at ‘protesting’

Pretty much.
It’s like going to the store and buying skis to go skiing. You use them and have a wonderful time. But then you move to the desert for an indefinite period of time. Would it be reasonable to demand, or recieve, a refund for the skiis? Not at all. Should you expect a refund for the skis, just because you can’t go skiing in the middle of the desert? Most certainly not, and expecting such a refund doesn’t reflect kindly on what type of person you (not you specificially, but the general you) really are.
It’s the chain I beat you with until you
recognize my command!”

But it isn’t like that, because it isn’t you making the choice.
What it is like, is buying an infinite ski-lift pass, knowing that the ski season is only occasional. Then the ski lift owner closes the lift after a month and leaves, giving no indication of ever coming back.

Yes i did think it was content that comes and goes, and as you said a product i could use for once maybe twice a year, but idk if you can count bc i can… its been 0 times in the past year. Nice smart meritless remark though thanks ^.^
And i dont need to protest, theres more then enough posts that protest how horribly lacking gw2 content has become, the ls was supposed to be a biweekly thing that happened 4 times that was just boring open world events of the same crap recycled…. so theres a little active aggresive protesting for ya bud.
Thanks for the comments that answered my question though about me most likely not receiving a refund.
