I transmuted my twilight to blue stats so it can be account bound and now I dont know how to get it back to legendary stats. Also, I spent money buying transmutation splitters (have 6) and crystals (have 15) but they dont work!

Just make a sunrise and transmute it onto that^^

The only crime, turrets committed, is being good against the celestial meta.
The mob has spoken and the turrets shall be burnt at the stake.
