I need help! I bought my gems maybe 30 mins ago. The transaction was complete but the gems didn’t get sent to me! I deleted my mail inforward and after I’ve bought the gems I relogged to see if I would get em! But nothing.. I need help asap pls!

It usually happens within seconds. Make sure your inbox is empty (which appears that you did) and collect all items from the TP. If none of this works, I suggest emailing support and you’ll likely get a quicker response.
