I was thinking of something cool that could be sold in the gem store. It would work exactly like the salvage-o-matic but instead of salvaging stuff, it would instantly sell the item on the trading post at higher buyer price for a couple coppers per use.

Alternatively it could “tag” the items you select in your bag and then allow you to sell them in one click from the tp (after seeing a listing of all the items tagged with the current price on the tp). This way would allow us to have an idea of the price we are selling at (which usually doesnt matter much when you wanna sell quick but might be useful sometimes).

So what do you guys think of this idea and how would you like it to be implemented ?

Wouldn’t use it myself, but it might mean more players selling to people like me who post buy orders, so I guess I’d support it.

I’d use it. Well, anything taking me away from micro-managing loot is welcome.

Or put this in game options:
[x] Automatically salvage+sell useless items as you pick them up.

Or change the (WvW) loot tables to contain gold instead of useless items.

sounds like this is something bots would abuse the hell out of and if it were made unabuseable by bots it would lose a lot of its convenience value for non bots

can you explain what your concern is with bots ? All you could do with this is sell your stuff on the tp faster…
