Is there any way to get my money back if I place an offer on something and the price trends up?

yup, just click on the second icon from bottom, choose I am buying, and then remove on item you dont want.

Look at “items i’m buying” in transaction list or history or whatever it’s called, and cancel them. then collect money at tp rep.

Ah! I noticed the money wasn’t coming back to my inventory, and it didn’t occur to me that it was lumped in with the proceeds I received from the TP rep. Thanks!

Yep. You can also do the same for items you’re selling. The only difference is you already spent a 5% fee on listing the item. Removing buy orders is free, removing sell orders is technically free, but you’re out the 5% paid already.
