I had this from a black lion chest. Is it possible to get a refund?

Instant trait reset becoming obsolete is no different than glory boosters becoming obsolete. If you buy them directly, you will get a refund. If you get them from a BLC, you will get nothing. I don’t agree with that decision but that is the path they have chosen to take.

I’d submit a ticket anyways. Worthless items from gem packs is not ok.

And all the instant repair kits too.. completely useless. why don’t they just remove them from store? instead they are giving away for free.

Instant Trait Resets and Repair Kits are still usable now, thus they have value. If you don’t use them before the change, that’s your choice.

Instant repair kits are not completely useless come the new patch. Close to it but not completely. While it won’t cost you anything to repair, you still have to visit someone to do the repairs. There may be occasions when you want to get back in the fray without having to take that detour.

Instant repair kits will NOT be useless and will continue to be carried by my characters as “insurance” like revive orbs. Zero repair costs do you no good if there is no repair NPC nearby….
