What I mean, I had the game since it released but missed out on Halloween and Wintersday. Can I get the stuff that was given out to those events, like hats and stuff?

I know you can still get Weapon skins and some armor pieces from Halloween and Wintersday off the Trading Post. The armor pieces are nothing more then the same skins you can get from exploring High level areas 70+ If memory serves.

Other then those things above getting the holiday minipets and other special skins is not possible until the next time around. Unless they change it up a bit.

You can get some of it, but not all.

Stuff thats available (all bought off the TP) – Halloween weapon skins, Mad King armor pieces, the 3 craftable Halloween weapons, Wintersday toy weapon skins, tonics, Unbreakable Choir Bell, Wintersday / Halloween crafting components and recipes for sigils / runes and Halloween food / tonics

Components of the 3 craftable Halloween weapons are also available (in both recipe and item forms), and if you get the components you can craft the items yourself via the Mystic Forge

Stuff thats unavailable – Wintersday gem store skins (the wood skins with the ice effects and glowing glyphs), all holiday minis, town clothing (both purchased and free, which includes the hats), back pieces

keep in mind that ppl who sell them have $ in their eyes, better have the gold >_<
