Is the grenth hood permanent ?
Assume they’re not permanent because they were added as a holiday season item.
Antlers are in for this Wintersday season! Pick up a Grenth Hood or Stag Helm and celebrate the season in fashion
The gem store will show a week in advance when they will no longer be available. Since the next patch is January 21st, which is when Wintersday will also leave, I’d assume these items would either be removed then, or a week later.
If they would fix the grenth hood, that’d be awesome. Or offer refunds…

The first poster answered the question, but if you’re wondering if the Grenth Hood is permanent after purchase, then it is. I only add this because of the way the question was phrased. I’m not sure if that’s what you were asking. In either case, question answered! It will be gone from the store after Wintersday, most likely.
