I was pretty sure you can gift them like most things in the gem store, but i realized too late that you can’t. Is there any possibility I don’t find without gifting gold/rl money? like sending gems per ingame mail, someting like that..

You can mail them an equivalent amount of gold they could transfer into gems.

It’s be amazing if you could gift Character Slot and Bank Tab but nope, you can’t.

Gailie Gray already said that we must be free to receive and send email with golds or items to our friends, it’s not normal you can be flagged as a gold farmer for that.
