I bought a Profane Armor skin and never received
I also report twice … no respond
This is third time I report this hope at least someone answer me
by the way I punch it two days ago…

1. It’s likely a bug. Submit a bug report
2. Every time you open a new ticket, your issue goes to the back of the queue. So, submit 1 ticket, respond to the email you get on it, and then wait. That is the best way to get the fastest response. Anything else you will increase the time it takes to get your issue resolved.
