1. It’s likely a bug. Submit a bug report
2. Every time you open a new ticket, your issue goes to the back of the queue. So, submit 1 ticket, respond to the email you get on it, and then wait. That is the best way to get the fastest response. Anything else you will increase the time it takes to get your issue resolved.
