Guild Wars 2

I placed a custom offer which was not accepted in a certain time frame. Can I cancel it? I removed it from my ‘Items I am buying’ list and it is gone from there but I did not get the funds back..
How can I cancel the offer and actually get the money back?

When you click on your transactions you see a dropdown to select “Items I’m buying”

Just hit “cancel” to get your money back.

You will also need to “pick up” the refunded money from the nearest TP, it won’t just be added to your funds automatically.

Thanks for the info folks.. unfortunately I thought deleting the item from ‘Items I’m buying’ would cancel the order.. Apparently now I can not get the money refunded.. wouldn’t be a big deal but it was over a gold…
Edit: Some of the Black Lion agents are broken.. tried a different one and was able to get the refund.
