I just put in all my details to buy 4000 gems, then it got to the confirm screen and just said error! what the hell is this? has it taken my money??

Ask your bank Mine send sms everytime i buy something using my cc with info about last operation.

i cant now its too late, just want a dev to help me here please. its my first ever microtransaction and now its not working..

Did you get the gems in game? If so, it worked. If not, the transaction may have failed. Happens on the world wide interweb from time to time.

I would give it a little time and see if they show up, otherwise check your credit card website to see if the transaction was made. Most cards will take about 24 hours to show on their website (I think).

You will not lose your money anyway. Banks never send money from your account immediately, they just block some money for future transaction, so you can call them and ask for not processing this payment (if it even happened).

thanks, i think the transaction didnt work since it said error on the confirm screen. ive put a ticket in now hopefully they will reply….
