Did you get the recipe you’re trying to sell before or after the update?
Maybe the text is being removed but its still actually account-bound if you got it beforehand. Its happened with many other items they’ve changed in such a way (like weapon skins).
No, it’s also not listened in the trading post

You can post it but it isn’t possible to find on the TP if you’re looking to buy it.
Looks like the same bug as what happened with the Mini Toxic Hybrid. Give it a day and I’m sure ANet will have this cleared up by tomorrow.
I have a question: do you think that the finished dwayna backpiece product will be sellable on the tp?
I’d advise you ask in map trade @ LA. The going rate is 60s on JQ and I assume a bit more on a smaller server (supply / demand) until the TP is fixed.
It was going for over 1g about 13 hours ago so nearly half the price in less than a day.

Splitting the stack should fix it.
Split the stack by dragging the item into an empty slot while holding the alt button.

Make a support ticket. Support will ask you to delete your LoD recipe and will mail you one that is sellable on the TP.
