Basically every other item on the store can be gifted.

As there is no way to transfer gems, I’d have to give the recipient the money to buy the gems themselves, which.. is kind of lame.

I hope this is simply an oversight as I can’t think of any logical reason why it’d be this way.

This is completely intended behavior since you can’t gift account upgrades because the recipient might already have it unlocked and then you’d end up losing your gems.

These items include: bank slots, bag slots, finishers, ore node pack, character slots, digital deluxe upgrade.

Just wish there’d be a way to gift gems, sadly there is currently no other item i’d like to gift.

If you really wanted to gift it to someone, you could buy a Gem Card (do they exist?) and mail the person the code and they can redeem the gems.

Gem Cards are still at my Target.

Wasn’t sure as it’s much quicker (if I have the money available and desire) to buy gems with the ingame cart.

But you can’t gift gems and you can’t gift finishers. That leaves cash or gem cards.
