I had about 70 gold and decided to throw it all at the trader to buy a lot of items I wanted. I wake up this morning only getting a few items I asked for on my buy orders, so I cancel about 60-65 orders and guess what…..my gold at pickup is ZERO, it’s just completely gone!
I’ve put in a support ticket but I don’t think they will believe me unless they can somehow see what buy orders I had in? I would be sick if they can’t verify this as I couldn’t possible continue playing having lost everything.
Anyone had this issue? I’m wondering if I was lagging at the time causing the issue.

Yeah I tried that, I have always got the gold back with lots of items in the pickup tab. I just sold a few items and put more in my inventory from pickup but it still says zero gold. I’m freaking out =/ It seems to be gone.

Yep they were not all filled, no way.
I cancelled about 60 orders, each order asked for 5 items. Some had all, some had just one completed, it’s all gone

My inventory is full (80 slots) and I have about 100 items in pickup with zero gold.
I just listed a few more on the market to clear some inventory space, accepted a few more items from pickup to clear it a bit and still nothing.
Hopefully they will see how many items I’ve been buying and be able to determine that I would have needed a lot of gold to do that and help me out with whatever is causing this insane issue.

The gold is probably sitting on the last page of the pickup tab. You may have to clear out your inventory enough to clear every item off the pickup. If it’s a pain on one character, use a different character. If you haven’t cleared out your pickup tab yet, 99% I’d bet your gold is sitting there at the end of it all.

@Boldor: clear you tab – problem solved

It happens to me all the time. You actually have more than 100 objects in your tab, but it only shows the first 100, and your gold is treated as an object, situated after those 100.

Based on these statements, it sounds like you still have quite a few items waiting on that pick-up list (Quite a bit more than whatever the cap is), and you have yet to clear that tab completely of every item.

Clearing out only a few of the items at a time would only bump up a few of the completed transactions at a time. Try cleaning out the entire pick-up tab, and that should do it.

Guys, thanks a lot. It seems gold is treated as an item, I had over items waiting to be picked up. I cleared about 30 and gold slowly came back after the next set of cancelled orders. Phew!!
