Now that the WvW season has pretty much ended, will the world transfer costs be reduced? I

Doubtful, if anything, they’ll be raised back up to the norm.

THEN , they will likely change it again before the next season starts, but that means it will only go down for low population servers (and likely rise for high population ones).
