Guild Wars 2

So I was using an old pair of Mad King’s slippers, (the ones you could obtain during Halloween 2012) and since I moved to ascended boots I wanted to get the expensive rune off them to use it on ascended… before discovering that I can’t salvage those!
It’s not karma armor so I don’t really know why they can’t be salvaged.
This wouldn’t have mattered much before, when you could move runes with transmutation stones but now it’s really frustrating.
Please, do something Arenanet.

This is a problem frequently voiced on the forum, and one I actually have myself. I have a Traveler rune in my slippers, and would love to get the rune out. Its probably not going to be any time soon that they will correct this error.
