I would very much like it if there were items on the gem store that will enable us to change parts of our character appearance; kind of like the self-style hair kit, and for less than the cost of a total makeover kit.

I find myself wanting to change just the face, or just the height, or just the skin tone of my characters, but forced to buy the total makeover kits. I think players (mostly for human characters haha) would appreciate this.

I would like this also. For example I would like to just change the length of the teeth on my Charr and maybe the tattoo on my Norn but don’t want to buy a whole kit for one change.

I had to use a Total one just to fix one of my Sylvari’s eye bug/glitch. ;/
So would be nice.

Agreed. I used one when it came out for a litteral makeover. Several months later wanted to change my horns, so I bought another. Then realized I forgot to change my eye color, so I need to buy yet a third makeover kit!

Ditto. I have characters where one little thing about them bugs me, but I can’t justify using a Total Makeover Kit for it. If they had some sort of “one change” kit available at a reasonable cost I’d probably buy a few of those. Right now I have an alt who’s in desperate need of a nose job, but not much else. :P

I would appreciate this. I want to change the glow color on my male Sylvari but no way am I going to use a full total kit just for that (even though I have one left sitting in the bank from the sale).

That said, as much as I’d like it I doubt it will happen. People buying full kits for a single change makes them more money than a mini-kit would. Unless there are a lot of people holding off doing changes because its not worth it (as I am and others in this thread).

Then again, the same could be said about the Hair Kit, and they added that, so who knows.
