Do you think that the price of these mini pets will increase after the event is over?

Everything limited time with no expected re release will go up after its not available… now as extremely common and awful looking as they are there is no tellling when after the event they’ll go up.. but eventually they will

give it a year or so, the longer it goes the less supply there will be for future players who aren’t around yet.

Exotic mini for 1g ?

its shiny exotic , it must be good, people will buy…. in the future…but it could take really really long

so long, maybe I wouldnt buy too much…

Keep in mind, there are probably 2-4times the amount of minis already now around the players….and the event still goes on

Markets could be really mature.

I suspect these to crash really fast once the event is over with, with everyone undercutting eachother like with SAB skins, it’s usaully not in many peoples nature to invest into bulk amounts and leave them on their accounts for multiple years. This item will be common for years… the old southsun pets were far rarer and they have only went up 4-8x in price since 6 months ago..

I expect it to increase in the long-term, but not significant enough to make it worthwhile (and greater than the opportunity cost)

There are just so many choices for minis and while the supply is fixed, you need to consider the demand side of mini reefers.

With so many mini options out there, who would want them?

I learned my lesson in speculating during events after Wintersday. IMO, that’s all gold you could be spending for short term profits. Less risky and probably more profitable in the long run anyway.

It’s like watching Giant Eyes jump from 50s to 1.2G in a matter of minutes.

Only to drop back to 50s a day later.
