Hey um, im pretty sure this goes here but is anyone else missing items they purchase from the Gem Store cause i bought about 7 black lion keys and i still dont have them even though i bought them a few days ago… ive looked in the bank ive looked in my inventory and ive looked for them at the pick up from the black lion traders… stillnothign there… and the only reason i purchased these keys was because i have a lot of black lion boxes that need to be opened and i dont have the keys for them

Did you check the mailbox?

yup yes i did i checked my mailbox and eveything

delete all the old mail in your box. You are only allowed to have 10 player/store sent mails. Anything after that and you have a back log of mail waiting for you.

I had this issue, deleted all the gold selling spam and mail from other people and my items showed up.

ANet mail really should not count towards the 10 mail limit.
