Missing bought items from TP

This happen twice already. Today I order 30pcs vials of powerfull blood. On recent transaction I can see that I recive it but in bank land only 18pcs.

Did anyone have similar problem. My bank is extended to 750 from storage expander.
Items was stored by deposit colectables.

Yes, and I store it in colectables (7K AP, most proffesions maxed).
Yesterday this happen to me few times too. Admin must see it in logs or something.
