How come some items from the gemstore aren’t in the wardrobe? Unless I’m missing something, the Warrior Quaggan in the Backpiece section and the Ancestral Outfit in the Outfit section (there may be more, I’m probably just missing it) aren’t there.

Are they intended not to be included?

Have you just bought them ? Then you mus apply them once to be in the wardrobe.

Have you bought them before, and maybe overwritten them ? Then they are of course not in the wardrobe.

For the outfit .. i have it in my wardrobe .. maybe double-click it one ? Not really sure if i had to do that.

I think what they mean is, if you buy them they go in the wardrobe, but if you do not have them they are not even there greyed out like other locked skins so you can’t easily preview them. I noticed this myself before I bought the ancestral outfit.
