… gems scaled, but no trace of it on the TP pick up page, nor in the mail, nor in the bank or bags.
Whats should I do in this situation?

(I apologize if i opened the thread in this section, didn’t know if there are dedicated places where to do it).

Sometimes it takes a few hours or even a day to pick up the items.

Are you sure you bought it? Check the items bought history tab.

Delete all the old mail you have and it should pop up.
