Am I the only one here missing items and gold on a regular basis? Again to day for example. I went into the air ship. Bought up over 600 silk scraps to make bolts of silk out of. I made about 70 then decided if a sold the rest of the bolts I would make about 23 copper off each one. I listed them and they went into BL for sale. Should have had a return of 5 gold and change. A little time went by and I did not want to wait so I went to pick them up. It let me have them back. 12 of them. No cash all the rest vanished not in my inventor not in my collection not in the BL. I cannot figure it out. Over 7 gold in boots a few days ago same scenario. I sold the boots no red on the bottom of BL page no gold no boots. I am getting very frustrated with this. Anyone else with these issues contact me Lord Dark Dragon

1.) I’ve never had gold or items missing
2.) Hate to say it, but are you sure you didn’t sell it? Difference between listing an item and an item being sold (sorry to say it but I don’t know if you’re new or not)

Yea I thought I was going nuts today when I noticed a stack of ecto and a couple stacks of silk missing from the TP. It shows up as sold, but I NEVER went to the TP to retrieve it; on top of that, it says it sold during the night…but I saw NO red marker on the TP this morning.

Something is definitely fubar atm.

No I went in with 12 gold and 1400 gems. When I left I had 1 gold 22 silver bolts I cannot find nor did I collect from them or I would not have 1 gold. so at 1.55 silver and copper I bought from 12 gold to 1gold and some silver all that gold I spent on scrap. Where did it go. Man I am dumbfounded. I am not spending another Gem until I speak with someone. The boots did not even show they sold. It said they did I wnt to collect clicking red tag that never popped up lower left. Went into transactions and it was not even listed. I spend 100.00 a month in here if not more. That has Just ended until I speak to someone about this issue and not ty
ping all this crape out.

We will see if they really care about us as being happy or they are just here to milk us. If they are here to milk us. I assure you I cut my losses and move on. They show they care. I am loyal all the way. I am a customer. I expect to be treated like one. If not. Good luck.

I have this is the 3rd time never a solution.

The TP ate some of my gold today aswell!
I sold 85 ori ingots and 45 ancient planks today, which net me over 10g a day. All I had for pick-up tonight was 4g and some silver, which I imagined covered the planks. But I checked my “Items I’m selling” tab and the oris were gone, while I never saw the earnings for the sale.
Might be a glitch in the system, I’ll check again tomorrow, but if more people are experiencing the same issue there really might be something here for Anet to look into.
