Missing items from BLT in my email
If your mail is full, items from the gem store can be hidden. Perhaps it got pushed out and hidden due to new mail. Try completely emptying your mail and rechecking.
If you know for a fact that you didn’t accidentally take the item and use or delete it, you’ll need to contact support. Do the above first, since they’ll get you to do it anyways.
Ya I already tried that, I have 3 spaces on my email now… But the Braham’s Mace and Shield was there before this patch… If somehow they got pushed out, shudnt the older email one got pushed earlier..? like the earmuff from wintersday and the celebration hat..? but both of them are still there on the email…
The exact thing happened to me as well, but I bought the pheonix armor instead. Last night I went to mail box to check and it wasn’t there, had a big WTF and sent an email to A-Net’s customer support, but I think I probably won’t be hearing from them in weeks…
PS. Glad I’m not the only one that likes to keep things i ntheir mail box, I’ve left my Krytan Armor in there for 8 months and Pact Victory Tokens for 10. Also lol @ Adil complaining in guild chat.
I also have tried clearing my mail box, my infinite harvesting sickle and chopping axe both disappeared. Only Rox bow skin remained.

So I guess all these missing items on our emails due to the release of the queen’s jubilee patch..? Hope they can bring our items back since their disappearance are not our fault…

they kept telling us to empty our email while the issue wasnt about the lack of space… I already have 5 free space and still the item isnt there…

A lot of other people with the same problems. Most likely to do with the wallet.
