Since the latest issue with the TP, cancelled buy orders haven’t been refunding money for me. In addition to that they have been cancelling themselves so I can’t exactly sit on them and so far I’m out 600 gems from attempting to purchase gem items without realizing the TP has having these issues.

I’m hoping all of this will be fixed eventually (at least I hope so…) as I know a few people out a large number of gems / gold so this cannot just be me.

Is this an isolated issue?

Support website has yet to send me a pw reset email (it’s been ~12 hours or so) to ask them about it.

… and I’ll add: having an issue where if I buy several of 1 item from the TP, and put in the quantity I want to purchase (say, 9 leather), I’ve had instances this week where the transaction looks to go through, it takes ALL the money for the quantity I ordered, but only delivers ONE of the item to be picked up.

Result: Paid for 9, got 1.

Will players who have lost Items and Currency have it returned after its back up. I put a bid on a bow last night for 2G75S and sold several mats, no money for pickup on the sold mats…this morning my Gold from the Bid was gone and I did not get the Bow…..I am hoping you guys get it all fixed up and I have not lost the currency. So far I am out 3-4 Gold….not a fortune but a PITA if I have to go back and grind it out again to get something I already bought….

I second all of this posts. I failed like 5x on exchanging my gold for gems and I failed on getting the Medium Pants that costs 3G45S in TP.. I just lost my money that I’m holding in my inventory now and I only got just a part of my money for pick up in TP. I can’t believe that I’m broke all of a sudden. I didn’t get the Pants or I do hope I’d get the gems instead. OR I hope I will get my remaining gold.
