Increase the time to obtain these please!

I don’t understand why they even need to limit them at all, this is something that I could see people spending money on all year around. I would get more mining picks myself if I had more time to get them.

Because it drives more gem sales.

It’s not like it will be the last unlimited pick, I would expect another themed one some time in the future if the molten one sold well.

I believe it will be cyclical.

Maybe we will see a Pincer like sickle due to the expected events in Southsun. Maybe a year later we will see another permanent pick…

I saw a forum post somewhere that mentioned that they are taking the pick out and putting both an axe and a sickle in.

Not sure why they feel the need to remove the pick though.

As someone else mentioned earlier- to drive sales – it’s a source of short term revenue, this being the case it’ll give the developers reason to make it expensive (as also discussed in various other posts) to captalise on it.
Think of it like limited editions of the latest games.
