Are there any items that I can buy on TP and have 100% chance to bring profits by salvaging them with BL kit?

Yes, but you will have to find out which ones for yourself b/c as soon as that masses know about them, they cease to be profitable.

Considering each use of the kit costs around 39 silver at the current conversion rate, highly unlikely. Compared to the Master Salvage kit I would say the 80% there will win the day in the end.

What about free kits that you got from daily?

You have to do this manually.

Just sort all 80 exotic armors by gold and find those that have valuable runes (like divinity). Note it down and compare it with the rune themselves. If the price difference is higher than the gold cost per kit (+ premium) then buy it.

I’ll tell you an item that this can currently be done with:
Cleric’s Torch of Accuracy (level 72 – EXOTIC)
current buy order price: 1g7s80c
salvaging with BLSK (costs 38s81c) will give 1.25 ecto (sell for 19s), 1 superior sigil of accuracy (2g42s74c), some mithril/ori
sell the ecto and sigil = 2g26s51c after tax
accounting for BLSK and cost to buy it = 79s90c profit
note that this is on average. there will be times you get more or less ecto. also, the mithril or ori is a bonus
the sigils tend to sell pretty quick, though sometimes a few are there for weeks. the trick is people filling the buy orders. very rarely do sell listings get cheap enough where this is profitable.

I’ll warn you not to abuse buying on the TP. There are so many times I just shake my head and the wasted potential. Things I’m talking about:
someone notices the above example, then goes and places 10 buy listings at 1g80s, effectively negating any and all potential profits, even to themselves.
what I see often: in the above example, if there were sell listings inside the profitable range, say 1g70s, 1g71s, 1g72s, 1g73s, 1g74s, 1g75s, 2g20s. buy all the ones up to 1g74s, leave the 1g75s alone. it’s like 5s profit you won’t see, but it doesn’t increase the item’s price very much and people will be more likely to fill your buy orders, or place more sell listings at a profitable-to-you price. it’s almost worth it to list your own item at 1g8s so anyone looking to sell will sell to your buy order without hesitation.

What about free kits that you got from daily?

Well if you consider them truly free, then why not. Salvaging rares with a “free” BL kit is certain to bring more than just selling the rares, unless that particular rare goes for 25s or more on the TP.

you look for weapons that are cheaper than the sigils (fire, bloodlust, strength)

Try high price sigils, as suggested above by Charak, the exotic weapons usually sell cheaper than the sigil itself + you get ecto from them
