ARENANET , Please fix your bugs in the game cause it is annoying . I am not able to buy some gems ! because the stupid black lion tranding kitten don`t recognise my new card .

You got a new card, have you called to make sure there is not a block? I ask because my new credit union card did have a block on it vs. any MMO be default…

I have sent an email to support still no solution .

i just used it in another game and it worked

so, your answer is ‘no, I have not called’… ok….

I am not saying it is THE solution, I am saying it is something that can be easily and quickly corrected by YOU if it is the problem…

My old and my new cards are from the same bank why the new one would have restrictions when the old one didn`t have any. and with the new one i just was able to buy gold in world of tanks wich is another mmo . Arenanet game is just bugged as hell

Mine also were from the same institution, the old one expired, I got the new one, it didn’t let me buy gems. It was that simple in my case. That was my only point.

However, due to your arrogance, I pre-emptively laugh at you if it turns out to be the case, and pre-emptively apologize if it turns out not to be the case. It’s just a stupid phone call.
