Never got the item I bought.
Check the number of mail messages you have in your inbox. If you have 10/10, then new messages are stored in the background until you clear out some space for them.
Items purchased from the Gem Store are delivered by in-game mail. Delete some messages, then check again. If there is a backlog of messages, they should pop into your Inbox fairly quickly.

Hm, check if you got enough space inyour postbox or maybe delete one of your messages. Sometimes the system get stuck, but usually after deleting one message you get your item.
I have 6/10 mails, so there are space, anyway, I will try deleting some or all.
EDIT: Yes, that worked, BUT I didn’t even tried to delete because I was at 6/10 mails, weird. That looks like a bug for me.
EDIT2: Now I am getting a LOT of old (+1 month old) gold seller mails, lol. Deleting.

Same happend with me…said 4/10 but had a lot of mail hidden… sent Many messages to devs but nothing… finally found something via google…. I can’t get the Hints completed as my mail is stuck on 4/10.

Hello everyone.
Yes, the team already knows this particular feature with the email. We would ask you to just keep on deleting your old emails so you receive new ones and the new purchased objects (patience, I know…). For any other problem you can always send a ticket to Customer Support through the ticketing system.
